Working with a well-established manufacturing company based in Corby, Quest Employment are looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join their friendly Finance and Customer Service team. As a Sales Ledger Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for raising the sales invoices and supporting the sales ledger function. Hours: Monday to Friday, 11am-4pm 25hrs a week Benefits: Free on-site parking Company pension scheme Casual dress code Refer-a-friend programme Health and well-being support Duties and responsibilities: Requesting invoice payments from customers Card payments and petty cash Processing receipts and delivery notes Following all documented processes and ensuring the smooth running of the business Handle customer queries related to billing and payments professionally and promptly Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner Qualifications and Requirements: Previous experience in a sales ledger Ability to manage your own workloads and projects in an organised manner Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office packages and Sage Analytical skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy
