Sales Ledger Clerk

Working with a well-established manufacturing company based in Corby, Quest Employment are looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join their friendly Finance and Customer Service team. As a Sales Ledger Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for raising the sales invoices and supporting the sales ledger function.

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 11am-4pm
  • 25hrs a week

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Requesting invoice payments from customers
  • Card payments and petty cash
  • Processing receipts and delivery notes
  • Following all documented processes and ensuring the smooth running of the business
  • Handle customer queries related to billing and payments professionally and promptly
  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers in a timely manner

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales ledger
  • Ability to manage your own workloads and projects in an organised manner
  • Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office packages and Sage
  • Analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
