Atkinson Moss are delighted to be working with a multi award winning company in their search for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to the Director of Sales. The successful candidate will hold at least 2 years' experience as an executive assistant or providing administrative support to a director, board of directors or similar. Role responsibilities: Diary management Hotel, Travel Arrangements & Catering Meeting Minutes Overseeing annual leave requests for the sales team, always ensuring adequate cover Tracking spends against budget and providing monthly reporting Quarterly sales reports including individual performance of the sales team Coordinate relevant training ensuring manufacture qualification is maintained/gained accordingly Review monthly commission reports against relevant data and highlight any concerns Track rebate reports from accounts and raise awareness accordingly Person Specification: Educated to degree level Marketing qualification or experience will be well regarded Experience working in a sales focused environment in a B2B setting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organisation skills Proficient in MS Office Experience of SAP platform Works well under pressure This is a full-time position, offered initially on a 12 FTC which may be renewed/extended. It's a brand-new position offering the opportunity to work with autonomy and own the position moving forward. Fully office based with flexibility on start/finish times.
