Sales Administrator - 9 Month FTC

SF Group is proud to be partnering with one of the largest independent contractors in the UK. We are currently seeking a diligent and efficient Sales Administrator to support the Sales Manager during a 9-month maternity cover.

An opportunity to join the team immediately in a market-led environment where your administrative and customer service skills will contribute to our continued success.

We are looking for an immediate start to offer a generous handover.
Monday - Friday - Full Time , Office Based, 37.5 with flexibility.
£22,500 - £24,000

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming enquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are professional and courteous.
  • Ensure the Sales Manager has all necessary details to provide accurate and successful quotes.
  • Create and distribute month-end sales reports.
  • Track and demonstrate won/lost works.
  • Address and resolve customer issues related to delivery, invoicing, paperwork, and CCTV surveys.
  • Organise sales and regional sales paperwork.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in a sales administration role is preferred.
  • Experience in the Construction Industry is preferred.
  • Dynamics 365 is used for Quotations, candidates with experience with this is a bonus.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
