Description Sales Logistics Coordinator, Andover: Support the sales team to deliver pipeline sales through efficient order processing, contract management and project tracking. Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of sales orders. Provide sales support for customer orders; Order entry to system Ensure all incoming customer/sales requests are reviewed, resolved or responded to. Lead and manage the contract review process - This needs good attention to detail, reading their terms Review all terms & conditions documents, identify issues to be resolved and work with the Commercial Director to negotiate changes Create Projects, track progress and maintain the Project Management system Liaise with planning, procurement, production, technical & finance to ensure targets are met. Our client who distributes goods to both UK and European trade customers, is looking for a new team member to join a great existing team. To be successful in the role you must have come from a sales office background, with previous inbound sales experience. As the first point of contact for the business, customer service skills are paramount and the ability to negotiate and convert an inbound sale to a processed order is what you will be expected to do. As the company export goods to Europe there is also a requirement to understand a little about shipping documentation training can be given but you need to have a basic knowledge of commercial invoicing and commodity codes etc. Responsibilities will include.. Efficiently negotiate and process orders received over the phone and via email. Completion of relevant export administration depending where good are shipped to. Provide product advice to customers, with the ability to upsell or switch sell as needed. Liaise with Warehouse and Purchasing staff to track product deliveries. Address customer complaints and coordinate with couriers for any issues with deliveries. Develop a thorough understanding of our product range to better serve customer needs.
