Techunite Ltd are recruiting for a customer sales support executive to join an expanding company in High Wycombe.
You will play a huge part in the provision of business services from initial contact with the customer through to full set up of services ensuring the customer is always at the forefront of the process.
Key Responsibilities
Management and coordination of order workloads, progress reports and service updates for customers.
Working as part of a friendly Customer Relations Team, you will use your customer service skills to respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
The hours of work are on a weekly rota basis between 07.00 - 19.00, Monday to Friday (8-hour shift).
