Sales Support Administrator

Techunite Ltd are recruiting for a customer sales support executive to join an expanding company in High Wycombe. You will play a huge part in the provision of business services from initial contact with the customer through to full set up of services ensuring the customer is always at the forefront of the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management and coordination of order workloads, progress reports and service updates for customers
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers
  • Order management and ordering services from suppliers via the CRM system
  • Setting up of new customer accounts
  • Testing and service delivery
  • Escalated issue handling

In order to be considered for the role you must have the following:

  • Strong communicator at all levels (oral and written)
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good telephone manner
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Aptitude for following/adhering to procedures
  • Ability to understand and carry out detailed instructions
  • Numerate and literate
