Based in Merseyside, this position will involve managing customer accounts, cross-selling additional products, and leading a dedicated sales team to achieve company KPIs.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Regional Sales Manager will work closely with the Recruitment Consultants in the office to follow up leads, pass on qualified clients and business requirements, with commission being earned from all filled business you generate.
The Regional Sales Manager will act as a main business development force for this agency within Liverpool, The Wirral, Runcorn and the Merseyside area, this involves face to face client meetings, cold calling, sending information packs and negotiating terms of service.
General
Salary and package: £35,000 - 40,000 basic salary/ commission based on all generated activity, company car, mileage, 25 days annual leave, commission payment on all generated branch profit.
The role is to assist with the daily communications of customers regarding their accounts and handling all office administration such as invoicing, updating databases and reaching out with company updates.
