General
As a Registered Manager, you will lead the staff team, ensuring adequate resources are available in emergency situations, oversee recruitment, and providing effective inductions for new staff.
This role will be supporting children with complex learning difficulties, children who may require medical intervention and personal care.
We are looking for a passionate individual who has either experience or a passion to work with children with SEND, particularly Complex Needs; PMLD, Hearing impairment, speech and language difficulties, and severe mobility issues.
