A national leading Fire Safety specialist is looking for a skilled individual to take charge of the Health, Safety, and Environmental aspects within the region.
You will use your experience and lead the team in continuously translating scientific insights into consumer relevant product improvements.Reporting into The Director of Product Integrity for No7 Beauty Company, you will work across a wide group of stakeholders including Research & Development, Formulation, Brand, Claims, Regulatory, Quality, Global Sourcing and Legal teams.Key Responsibilities: Responsible for safety activities during Innovation and NPD, for the final safety assessment and for ensuring that products on the markets are safe though their lifecycle Responsible for the Cosmetovigilance program Responsible for a robust and relevant on-going Safety QMS Build scientific expertise in safety fields and technologies.
The team is responsible for the maintenance of safety frameworks that efficiently support both in-house and supplier development routes.
Additional assessments are applied where novel ingredients, products or safety signals require, with recommendations to the business.
Hours per week: Monday to Friday - 08:30 - 16:30 - 40 hours per week

We are fully committed to progressing you through your PCO Portfolio or PCO Apprenticeship which would increase your salary to £32,288 as soon as either of these is successfully completed which can realistically be achieved within 12 to 18 months of joining us.
What's in it for you?Your starting salary will be £27,300 pa. increasing to £28,350 after 12 months and increasing again to £32,288 when you reach 3 years' service.

Job Summary Responsible for the HSQE functions
Promoting and executing continuous improvement of Safety, Health, Wellbeing, Environmental and Quality by providing advice and guidance to the business.
Reporting into the Engineering Manager, within this role you will be be accountable for providing a full planned preventative maintenance, breakdown and repair function to all logistics warehousing facilities.
You will use your experience to continuously translate scientific insights into consumer relevant product improvements.Reporting into the Senior Safety Manager, you will work across a wide group of stakeholders including Research & Development, Formulation, Brand, Claims, Regulatory, Quality, Global Sourcing and Legal teams.Key Responsibilities: Safety assessment during Innovation and NPD, ensuring that products on the markets are safe though their lifecycle Support the Cosmetovigilance program Contribute to the on-going Safety Quality Management System Build scientific expertise in safety fields and technologies.
Experience: Experience of safety assessment in FMCG, the chemistry industry, with cosmetics experience being an advantage.
You'll maintain the safety frameworks that efficiently support both in-house and supplier development routes, and undertake additional assessments where novel ingredients, products or safety signals require, with recommendations to the business.
