Job Description: As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality IT support to our clients.
You will be responsible for resolving technical issues that have been escalated from the 1st Line Support team, ensuring minimal disruption to our clients' operations.
This role requires a strong understanding of ITIL best practices, proficiency in Active Directory, and hands-on experience with Office 365 administration.

The office is based in Blackburn but the client will be relocating their offices to Bolton towards the end of the year.
