Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Senior ICT Support Officer to join an expanding organisation in Lancashire. The role is a Permanent opportunity, paying around £33,000 per annum, and is a hybrid opportunity
The Role:
- Responsible for providing first and second line support covering service desk and resolving at first contact whenever possible
- Resolve hardware and software faults
- Administration of ICT systems such as Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, VDI, Office 365 etc
- Provide primary administrator functions and server administration for allocated systems
- Carry out pre-installation checks and post implementation hand over
- Liaise with Infrastructure and Development staff, and provide project support on small projects
The Person:
- Significant experience in an IT support role
- Strong technical skills and troubleshooting experience
- Strong working knowledge of industry standard hardware/software as well as software licensing and asset management
- Experienced with working with a virtual desktop environment
