Job Purpose
Provide prompt and effective technical support for all aspects of personal computing to users, resolving incidents and service requests in line with agreed service agreements, ensuring minimal disruption and loss of service.

Salt are currently partnered with a global MSP provider who require a Servicenow Backend Technical Support Engineer to join one of their clients on an initial 12-month contract.
Day rate is negotiable DOE but paying a maximum of c£220 per day
The role is hybrid (Surrey/SW London) and inside IR35.
