Quantity Surveyor - to join a Civil Engineering contractor that based in near Southampton to work on new build housing groundworks packages.
The individual will need to work well on their own (but still liaise with others as and when needed) and be competent to price works for the construction of: roads, houses, drainage etc.
For example: schemes from 5 houses through to 500 houses.

The role will see you advising clients on all aspects of the residential Conveyancing process from initial instruction until completion including freehold and lease hold conveyancing, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new-build, and shared ownership.
You will be required to maintain the firms high standards of client care at all times in your work associated with the exchange, completion and post-completion of properties including registrations.
Customer Assessor (customer service) - Private Medical Insurance - Starting salary between £23,900 to £31,200 (depending on hours, skills, and experience) plus additional benefits
However we want you to have the flexibility to increase your working hours if it suits you, so we also offer the option for enhanced 40 hour contract which has an enhanced salary of up to £31,200
Our standard full-time contracts are for 35 hours per week (with options for part time working, after the initial 18 week full time training period).
