Position: S11212 Stroke Support Coordinator (two posts)
This is an exciting home based opportunity working with stroke survivors and their families to support them following a stroke.
We're looking for an innovative, passionate and professional individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the Stroke Recovery Service based in the Salford area.
The clients customers are predominantly single homeless aged between 18 60 years and may have support needs including mental health, physical health, substance misuse, offending.

Do you have relevant experience or an interest in working with students with Learning Difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Social, Emotional or Mental Health (SEMH) needs or PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties)?
Are you a recent graduate with an interest in developing your experience in working with students with additional needs?
Are you hoping to go on to become a Teacher, Educational Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist or work in clinical Psychology?
