This position involves managing shifts, providing guidance to the team, and acting as the primary point of contact for staff and children during shifts.

Support Worker - Casual and Full Time
Our client is a happy young adult in the Dudley area who enjoys close relationships with her care team, she has sensory impairments as a result of a brain injury sustained as a child, and knowledge of Makaton and sensory activities would be advantageous (training will be given).
Our client enjoys support to live independently in her own home, and likes to be out and about, bowling, swimming, attending discos and the gym are a just a few of her favourite things to do.
