Key Responsibilities:
- Support children with special educational needs in their learning and development
- Work closely with teachers to implement individual learning plans
- Assist with the management of EHCPs and monitor student progress
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment
Qualifications:
- Must hold a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Teaching and Learning
- Minimum of 6 months SEN experience within the UK
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs
