To support the educational, social, and emotional development of children and young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, ensuring they receive tailored support to succeed academically and personally within the school environment.
Your role will include: -Providing respectful personal care, practical and emotional support to service users -Maximising service user outcomes by working towards greater independence and social inclusion -Involving service users in decisions about the care and support they receive and their lives -Collaborating with service users, families and involved professionals to provide a consistent service that best meets the needs and preferences of service users
It is expected that you will work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the service.
