As a Personal Tutor, your role will require you to work with cohorts of assigned students to ensure that every student receives effective pastoral support.
You will deliver weekly Personal Development Curriculum sessions to each tutor group, following the College's Personal Development programme, whilst ensuring your students make significant progress on their courses and achieve their learning goals leading to positive and sustained destinations.
