Main Duties
Carrying out assessments to identify and prioritise needs.
Social Care Locums are looking for Business Support Officers at all levels who have worked within the Public Sector or Local Authorities.
Some fundamental duties are: Responsible for delivering to a high standard of business support to ensure effective operation of the services.
Including but not limited to data entry and analysis, record keeping, customer care focused reception duties, panel, meeting and event support, and understanding service specific administrative tasks
To provide appropriate floating support for 6 months and to ensure they are linked into necessary support services thereafter.
Assist residents in securing their next stage housing, providing resettlement support so that they successfully move into and sustain their new home.
General
To provide assertive client centred key-working, risk assessment and support planning to a caseload of approximately 10 clients aimed at supporting them to maintain their current accommodation and link into services and meaningful activities which help them to improve their physical and mental wellbeing well-being and life skills
