Job Title: Homeless Support Officer

Pay Rate: £24 Per Hour
The role:
Assist residents in securing their next stage housing, providing resettlement support so that they successfully move into and sustain their new home. To provide appropriate floating support for 6 months and to ensure they are linked into necessary support services thereafter.
To provide assertive client centred key-working, risk assessment and support planning to a caseload of approximately 10 clients aimed at supporting them to maintain their current accommodation and link into services and meaningful activities which help them to improve their physical and mental wellbeing well-being and life skills
the shift pattern for one of the post advertised is - 08:00-16:30pm (early shift) and 13:00- 21:30pm (late shift) there are 4 positions based across 5 hostels with shift pattern 08:00 -16:00pm (early shift) 12:00-20:00pm (late shift) the work pattern is Monday -Friday and shifts are on a rota basis
