Business Support Officer based in Manchester, Paying £12.64ph PAYE - Reference: 0008 4E0A / 1
Candidate will be responsible for managing the incoming telephone calls to the rough sleeping support service
They will be responsible for taking the calls from the general public to report rough sleeping into the service and to pass this information to the Outreach team so that they can find people who are rough sleeping and offer them accommodation.
Role Overview: Support the eLearning Manager in developing innovative e-learning activities, resources, and support services for the Library and central support services.
Develop e-learning materials to enhance student experiences and maintain responsibility for the online elements of the Library's skills programs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop high-quality eLearning resources with the eLearning Technologist(s).
You will arrange timely support for reablement, packages of care, respite, carer assessments, equipment, and minor adaptations to support independent living, assistive technology and support carers and family members.
As an Outreach Engagement Officer, you will undertake home visits and carry out holistic strengths-based observations and assessments of citizens to support a determination of social care needs.
