Our client who is the UK market leader in their industry are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor on a temp to perm basis.
Duties
Dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
To provide out of hours support for all other departments.
To be a pro-active member of the Global Customer Support Centre (GCSC) delivering 1st and 2nd line technical support on product, service and billing enquiries for both maritime and land based customers.
To provide 1st /2nd line network operations support including monitoring of our clients VSAT Networks and its BGan POP, assisting with line up and service issues and ensuring that problems are resolved quickly whether overall network or remote customer related.
Progression path available from Adviser Support Administrator to Paraplanner/Adviser.

Answer calls from Welsh and English speaking Customers
You will be responding in a friendly, supportive, and timely manner to all customers who make contact via telephone, email or written communication or via system generated tasks.
You must be a fluent Welsh speaker - this is a fully remote role
