The Customer support advisor will be the primary point of contact for all technical queries that cannot be resolved in the field by engineers or the CST (Customer Support Team).
This role involves liaising with various teams to ensure prompt resolution of technical issues raised within the Technical Assistance Request (TAR) system, adhering to strict response timeframes.
