You will receive first class training and be responsible for managing, growing, and developing a portfolio of mid sized accounts consisting of major Banks, Trading Houses and Commodity producers across the EMEA region. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will: Be responsible for growing and developing an existing portfolio of accounts worth in excess of £1.3Million GBP; maintain an appropriate sales pipeline to achieve account growth targets Manage all aspects of account renewals and generate additional revenue through cross selling / up selling additional services whilst increasing existing user licenses Develop and maintain quality relationships with existing and new customers; utilize analytical skills to understand customers changing business and technology issues and needs. Your Skills & Experience Minimum of 3 Years experience in Account Management or Sales / Business Development with experience of the full account management process from renewals to driving new business growth including cross selling and up selling within existing accounts Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets Experience of selling business information / business intelligence / market data is essential Determined and driven to understand new markets, clients, and products Degree educated Effective organization and time management skills. Excellent communications skills in person, on the phone and over email. You will be the internal expert on your clients, responsible for owning and deepening client relationships. Your primary focus will be to ensure their large employer clients are fully engaged with their solutions and services, supporting them in achieving their objectives, and fostering long-term, commercially strong relationships. You will manage an assigned portfolio of clients, developing and maintaining a plan for each client to highlight areas for joint impact and commercial growth. Identifying and managing at risk' clients, developing proposals to save and enhance relationships, and gaining extensive knowledge of their solutions and services are essential. You will also provide transparent feedback to line managers regarding progress against KPI goals at the same time as championing Hubspot (CRM) ensuring high data accuracy!
