Midweight Strategist 2 Month Contract £300 per day Outside IR35 2 days per week in London Are you a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for designing impactful communication campaigns and interventions? Our client are seeking a midweight Strategist, to play a crucial role in conceptualising, developing, and delivering integrated campaigns that drive real change. This role will be focused on social behavior change and social impact. The ideal candidate will come from a social impact, NPO or governmental background. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Development: Conceptualise, develop, and deliver integrated communications campaigns. Collaborative Work: Work closely with the Research Team to uncover audience insights through quantitative and qualitative methods, and collaborate with Strategy, Creative, and Digital Teams to implement these insights. Monitoring and Evaluation: Partner with the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Team to monitor and evaluate campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs). Creative Briefs: Write clear creative briefs, audience journeys, and messaging frameworks to support campaign design. Strategic Propositions: Develop strong single-minded propositions and example activations across various channels. Media Engagement: Engage with media buying and PR/media agencies to secure distribution and coverage for campaigns. Issue Analysis: Break down significant policy or social issues into specific opportunities for change using systems thinking and stakeholder mapping. Qualifications: Ability to work on creative briefs and turn them into tangible campaigns Strong analytical skills with the ability to use quantitative and qualitative research to inform strategic decisions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write clear and compelling briefs, messaging frameworks, and change stories. Proven ability to develop strong propositions and activations across multiple channels. Experience engaging with media buying and PR/media agencies. Knowledge of systems thinking and stakeholder mapping to address complex issues. Familiarity with monitoring and evaluating campaign performance using KPIs.
