Recruitment Consultant responsibilities:
- Collaborating with senior consultants to cultivate and secure new candidates and business opportunities
- Researching potential clients, contributing to thought leadership pieces, and developing marketing materials and proposals
- Proactively engaging with potential collaborators and candidates
- Developing expertise in assigned sectors and markets
- Utilising databases, networking, and research to identify top-tier candidates
- Facilitating transparent communication with candidates regarding roles, organisational culture, and benefits
- Evaluating candidates' suitability through various stages of the recruitment process
Recruitment Consultant skills and traits:
