Reporting to the Area Manager you will be responsible for
Leading a team to create a culture where our customer experience is the best in the market, in line with the Morrisons brand.
You will be responsible for the administration of our existing online retailer and marketplace accounts, specifically Amazon, which will include managing the brands presence, optimizing and adding product listings, managing adhoc changes, and dealing with all types of customer service enquiries.
