The salary for this permanent Deputy Team Manager job is up to £47,196 per annum.
Main duties
To be conversant with operational and practice issues pertaining to the delivery of social work to families and children and assist the Team Manager in being accessible and responsive to the Team, and other professionals across the Service, to ensure that children most in need are prioritized and responded appropriately.
Ensure rotas are updated to meet contracted hours of provision and effectively support the individual.
Support and enable people to achieve, experience and try opportunities that have clear outcomes and enable people to work towards and achieve their own personal goals.
Support to the Service Managers to provide current and newly referred individuals with high quality, person-centred support that fosters self-awareness, personal growth and gives each person the strongest voice with regards to decision making and lifestyle choices.

Key Responsibilities
