1.1 To lead on the delivery of a first class lettings, allocations and void management service whilst ensuring that organisational goals, vision and statutory obligations are met at all times.
1.2 To deliver the fair allocation of secure Client housing, nominations to Registered Providers, mobility schemes and other housing options in line with the Client's housing allocations scheme and housing quota plans.
