As the Office Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional hospitality services to our team members, visitors, and vendors.
This role is 30 hours a week, Monday to Thursday and hours must be worked between 9am and 6pm.

Responsibilities of a Sales Order Desk Processor
Enter customer orders into SAP, coordinating deliveries from UK and SDS warehouses in collaboration with SEACE/SDS, and ensure customer requirements are met.
Our client is looking for an Executive & HR Assistant for an 18-month fixed term contract to support the Managing Director, members of the Board and HR Manager.
The MD has a very busy schedule and requires an Executive Assistant who can always provide a first-class service with absolute discretion.
This support will follow through to the other members of the Board of Directors.
