As the Resourcing and Capability Specialist, you will focus will be on supporting the team with resourcing and capability activities and processes, with the opportunity to get involved with supporting wider team deliverables in engagement, culture change, learning and development and organisational design.

The Platform Architect is accountable for engaging with IT leaders, Programmes and Product teams, Enterprise Domain Architects and Solution Architects to jointly develop and agree strategies and roadmaps that align architecture with Thames Water's business strategy/turnaround plan.
This role will work closely with the Product and Programme teams to own and govern the technology designs needed to deliver changes across multiple technology areas.
