We're now looking for a Housing Officer / Customer Partner to join our Homes team within the Damp, Mould and Disrepair team.
This role will provide an exceptional customer service, putting customers at the heart of everything you do.
You will be working with colleagues within our Damp, Mould and Disrepair team, ensuring we are doing everything possible to complete repairs, improvements and inspections in our properties.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in administration and preferential consideration will be given to candidates who have had previous experience within an Estate Agency office.
This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Estate Agency Branch Administrator to join a highly successful Estate Agent with offices in Cobham.
You will also be in charge of data entry working with the Office Manager.
You are encouraged to improve the firm's processes and multi task as and when required in assisting the firm's growth planning and target achievement by reporting to and working with the Senior Accountant and partner.
You will be working closely with the Senior Accountant as well in ensuring all jobs are completed for the month to a high level of accuracy and highlight any areas of concern.
