In this unique and exciting entry level management role, we are looking for a goal orientated manager with, excellent communication skills and a proven sales background (dealing with inbound enquiries).

Storage experience is not necessary, but people management experience at some level is essential.
The purpose of the role is to lead, support and encourage teams to drive operational improvement, delivering exceptional customer service to all of the centre's visitors and tenants.
Purpose of the Role
The Operations manager is a senior, high profile role encompassing the full array of soft services, environmental, tech services and facilities management.
Working for a successful and well-established retail company, we are recruiting for an efficient, organised and personable individual to support the growth and success of a small team by being responsible for assisting with the administration, whilst ensuring customers receive a first-class experience from start to finish.
Key Duties
Assist with stock control and checks to ensure inventory records are accurate.
Offer an excellent customer service experience face to face and over the phone, by maintaining customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
You'll be responsible for the customer experience, for maximising profit and minimising loss, and will ensure your store colleagues are clear on their sales targets and delivering Customer First behaviours at all times.
Our Deputy Managers are brilliant retail leaders, accountable for the day to day running of our stores in the absence of the Store Manager.
