Assistant Store Manager - East Kilbride Store - Part time (32 hours) Base salary of £19,185 with the potential to earn up to £28,000 with On Target Earnings - Deputising for the store manager, running the shift in their absence, training colleagues and helping our customers choose the right products for a great night's sleep!
We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team.
You would play a significant role in helping us to achieve our vision, being a key player in moving our business forward, with your natural ability to set an example for the team to engage, inspire and offer advice to our customers to ensure they choose the bed that suits them best!
You will work closely with the Retailers in the assigned area to develop a strong Manufacturer/Retailer partnership whilst offering the necessary consultation and support to Retailers, in the delivery of our mutual objectives.
The role will be responsible for the successful delivery of the new car Retailer Business Objective and Accessory Sales within the UK North Region.
The role requires full support and engagement of our Retailers with our Future Sales Programme, (launched as a pilot in April 2024), with full Retailer integration planned in June 2025.
We are looking for a Sales Manager to work within the our local sales business area selling and promoting the full product range of material handling equipment (forklifts and warehouse trucks).

As the Maintenance Manager, you will have the opportunity to create and develop a site maintenance function, establishing policies and procedures to ensure best practice whilst mentoring and leading the department.
Providing both a reactive and pro-active, multi skilled maintenance service on all operational equipment, you will take responsibility for planned service maintenance schedules and prepare the annual maintenance budget and forecasts.
