As a Recruitment Assistant in the HR Retail Team, you will support the Talent Acquisition Manager and our Area Managers across the Division to fill their vacancies over our peak Christmas period.
Purpose: The Visual Merchandising Manager will lead the Merchandising team to ensure all product launches adhere to our Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines across all stores in the UK & IRE.
This role involves managing product launches across two axes (Makeup, Skincare), maintaining up-to-date launch planning spreadsheets, and overseeing our counter master plan (CMP) which records all fixtures within our stores.
The manager will ensure the correct launch materials are in-store and resolve any issues by liaising directly with supply.
