A new opportunity has arisen for a rewards manager to join this beauty retailer on a temporary basis. The company is a premium skincare retailer focused on producing quality products.

You will be responsible for leading the company's annual year-end reward cycle and advising internal stakeholders on all updates relating to the project.

The successful candidate will have prior experience leading a year-end reward cycle within a business, strong project management skills and, ideally, knowledge of Workday.

As a temp, you will receive a competitive salary rate that is paid on a weekly basis as well as paid holiday and the opportunity to join a pension scheme.
