My client are are looking to recruit an experienced and professional Internal Sales Advisor based at their Head Office in Fareham, who has the skills and competencies to successfully secure and process orders over the telephone.
The role of Internal Sales Advisor involves the following main key tasks:
Providing a high level of customer service over the telephone
You will have access to pre-qualified leads and get full admin support.
We are working with a very well established WOM broker based in Hampshire.
The leads are strong, with high fee potential and in turn you will be putting through high levels of business (writing £20k per month isn't unusual here).
Our client who is a world leader in their products and aftersales services and who excel in providing an excellent customer service, is keen to recruit additional team members to support the increased business to also support the ability to deliver the best service to its customers.
In this role you will be responding to all types of consumer led correspondence so an ability to converse professionally both via verbal and written means is a must!
