Hours: 37.5 per week, weekend work required. This role can include some lone working. Salary: £23,166 per annum Duration: This is a fixed term contract due to end when the previous employee returns from maternity leave. At this point we cannot confirm exactly how long this contract will last, but it is unlikely to be more than 12 months. Start Date: 29th July 2024 Interview Date: 18th June 2024 What it's like to work here Reporting to the Retail Manager, you'll be supporting the day to day management of the property retail operation so that it's commercially successful and consistently exceeds our visitors expectations. In addition to the shop, plant sales are seen as a growth area so, whilst not needing to be a plant expert, you must be prepared to support in the management of the plant sales business. What you'll be doing You'll be required to support the day to day management of the property retail operation so that it is commercially successful and consistently exceeds our visitors expectations. You'll monitor stock and merchandise products to achieve stretching financial targets, leading by example when it comes to maximising our profitability and income.
