What You'll Be Doing
This is a compensation-based position and will primarily focus of the following: pay and bonus review model recommendations, pay policy, reward strategy, design of new programmes/policies, bench-marking, job levelling, Equal Pay and Pay Gap reporting, contribution to diverse and inclusive culture across organisation.

Creating and maintaining close relationships with Payroll, Finance, People Operations, Workday and other relevant teams to ensure reward information is accurate and relevant.
Providing clients with market benchmarking on a number of pay elements including base pay, benefits, short and long-term incentive plans and total reward, using a variety of sources such as survey data and published reports.
Job architecture and job levelling (utilising our propriety methodology), providing the foundations for reward and career path opportunities.
Creating appropriate and effective performance management systems.
