Daily Duties
Answer incoming calls from our clients' customers to discuss and arrange suitable resolutions based on their personal circumstances and our clients' criteria.

The GMP Reconciliation Project Administrator will handle key aspects of the GMP reconciliation process project including pension revisions, member communications, record updating, data entry and data analysis.
They will produce relevant and accurate pensions calculations and to adopt a "right first time" approach to minimise errors and to produce high quality work, participating in initiatives for ongoing service improvement.
