Working from a home base you will be responsible for proactively handling and settling a mixed caseload of third party Liability claims, typically up to the value of £100k, throughout the South West region.
Your portfolio of work will consist of a mixture of employers' liability and public liability claims, with a mixture of investigate and report only cases and on a cradle to grave basis.
You will have to establish liability via thorough investigation on each case, whilst providing support and advice on claims issues to policyholders within specified time-frames.
Our Drivers Mates support our Customer Delivery and Installation Drivers and play a critical role in achieving our purpose of helping everyone enjoy amazing technology.
