The Head of External Reporting is responsible for managing a team to produce Group consolidated and statutory accounts for approximately 70 entities.
Additional areas of focus are the entity rationalisation project, the financial reporting system transformation project (transitioning to Microsoft D365), leading on acquisition accounting and providing the wider business with technical accounting expertise.
Reporting to the Head of External Reporting, key responsibilities include the group consolidation, preparing statutory financial statements for group subsidiaries, managing internal and external stakeholders for the year end audit, and preparing technical accounting papers.

£60- £65kpa plus great benefits including a bonus and generous annual leave

We're delighted to be partnering with our client based in Buckinghamshire, who is currently looking for Financial Reporting Manager to initially join on an interim basis to support year-end however will also be advertising for the permanent role.
The position is due to start immediately, for 37 hours per week.
