The Senior Data & Reporting Analyst will be crucial in the Finance organisation taking the next step in data and reporting automation using Microsoft technology. You have a significant interest in enabling technology for Finance, Data and Reporting and are a collaborative individual that has a proven track record in supporting the development of automated reporting solutions to drive business value.

Your core responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teams across Finance, to understand reporting requirements and deliver right-sized and suitable solutions to information and reporting needs, while ensuring consistent adherence to quality standards and reporting governance
  • Lead projects related to data and reporting automation, from planning and execution to monitoring and evaluation.
  • Develop and maintain automated reporting including but not limited to dashboards, reporting workflows
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation in data management and reporting.
  • Support the Finance and Procurement teams in their PowerBI adoption journey by knowledge sharing sessions, and in day to day interactions

Our essential requirements

  • Hands-on experience in implementing Power BI solutions for financial reporting and analysis, including dashboard design and data visualisation is a must
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications, e.g., Microsoft Fundamentals
  • Advanced problem-solving skills to identify challenges, propose solutions, and drive continuous improvement in data management and reporting processes.
  • Experience in finance roles, with a focus on financial analysis, reporting, and data management is advantageous.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest developments in finance, data analytics, and Microsoft technologies through professional development courses, workshops, and seminars.
