We are a privately owned public house 9 miles outside of Brighton situated in the South downs national park.
You would have previous experience frying, flipping, seasoning, sauting, creating new and exciting menus and have the ability to supervise the kitchen staff and take responsibility for ensuring that their team follows safety and health procedures.
Our client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to work in their new and exciting countryside pub, the pub has been completely renovated which includes a brand-new modern kitchen.
