Temporary Sous Chef - Pub with Rooms in Mid Wales
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at a charming pub with rooms, located in beautiful Mid Wales close to the sea.
This is a temporary position, starting as soon as possible until at least the end of July and is ideal for someone looking to work in a scenic location, cooking both traditional pub fare and seasonal dishes.
The standards of food can be anything from those expected in multi award winning kitchens with Michelin stars, AA Rosettes, and other accolades as well as more basic menus offering classic pub-grub, traditional Scottish classics and anywhere in-between.

We're looking for a strong Chef De Partie to join the friendly kitchen team to cover holidays at a charming riverside inn located just outside Lancaster.
This job offers two weeks work, at the start of August.
