An experienced motor trade Used Car Sales Manager is required for a franchised dealership on Merseyside, part of a well established group.The successful candidate must have a background in the franchised motor industry as a Sales Manager, with the ability to make an immediate and sustainable impact as well as recruit, train and motivate a large and very professional sales team.
Key responsibilities include maintaining sales turnover, profitability, performance against target, customer satisfaction and retention.
The candidate should be a process driven, dynamic individual who is able to lead and motivate from the front.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Regional Sales Manager will work closely with the Recruitment Consultants in the office to follow up leads, pass on qualified clients and business requirements, with commission being earned from all filled business you generate.
The Regional Sales Manager will act as a main business development force for this agency within Liverpool, The Wirral, Runcorn and the Merseyside area, this involves face to face client meetings, cold calling, sending information packs and negotiating terms of service.
General
Salary and package: £35,000 - 40,000 basic salary/ commission based on all generated activity, company car, mileage, 25 days annual leave, commission payment on all generated branch profit.
