On behalf of our client, a well-respected children's home specializing in emotional and behavioral difficulties (EBD), we are seeking a dedicated Support Worker.
The Children's Residential Support Worker will actively promote the rights of young people as individuals and provide them with quality care in accordance with the organisation's policies and procedures.
They will assist in providing a safe and homely environment, individually and as part of a team, to help young people achieve their potential.
This entails working within Equal Opportunities and Quality Assurance frameworks and may include undertaking delegated responsibilities for designated tasks while maintaining confidentiality of client information.
Shift work in a residential care home, supporting long-term care and transitions to semi-independent living.
Ensuring health and safety standards and compliance with regulations.
