Salary earning ups to £30,000 including on average 2 sleep-ins per week.
We are seeking an experienced Residential Childcare Worker to join our team, providing a comprehensive residential service to Children and Young People.
The role focuses on ensuring the physical, social, and emotional care and development of the children and young people in our care, with the aim of improving outcomes and providing positive experiences.
We're also keen to hear from anyone interested in joining our bank workforce of Residential Support Workers.
Our bank workers work flexibly to support our young people and cover shifts in our homes as required and are paid on an hourly rate basis starting at £15.82 per hour plus an additional payment of £2.37 per hour in lieu of annual leave.
This role has a starting salary of £29,697 per annum based on a 36-hour week plus enhanced rates of pay for weekends, bank holidays and sleep in duties.
I am working with a well-established residential children's home in Warrington, providing person-centred support and care for children and young people aged 6 to 18 years.
Our home caters to individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Learning Disabilities (LD), and Autism.
