We have an exciting job opportunity for the role of Single Point of Access Administrator/Reception Team at the Peacock Centre, Mill Road, Cambridge CB1 3UG.
This is a temporary position as soon as possible thereafter.
The role requires full-time commitment from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm, and is not remote.
Our client is looking for an immediately available Receptionist, to fulfil a temporary assignment at their new flag ship centre based on the outskirts of the city.
As the Receptionist, your primary role will be to provide a welcoming and efficient front of house and concierge service to visitors, students and staff.
Demonstrating previous experience in a similar role, you will be confident in working alone and experienced with technical Reception areas (CCTV systems, alarm systems etc.)
As the Admissions Advisor, you will oversee the administration of new and existing student applications, through the CRM system and other communication channels.
You will have a direct impact on converting applicants through excellent customer service and communication and help resolve admission enquiries as they arise.
In addition, you will help prepare for our summer programs, including support with logistics, seasonal staff recruitment and other HR requirements.You will also provide a range of interesting and important administrative and customer service duties for members of the company's management team.
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Housing Advisor to join our team in Cambridge on a full-time temporary ongoing basis, with an initial contract period of 3 months.
The Assistant Housing Officer will be responsible for ensuring that cost effective, and value for money services are delivered on local Housing estates, as well as improving the service provision to the customers.
This role requires in-depth knowledge of housing legislation, and experience working closely with members of the public.
